This Easter I got to have some real fun. I got to hide 100 Easter eggs. There was 3 of us who got to hide them, which made it easier. We hid the eggs at April's Country Kitchen, where we were also having our Easter party. The party had some delicous food, such as the sloppy joes and.... the cherries.
It was overall a great, fun Easter party. Does anybody think they had a better Easter than me?

The New "SANYO PLC-XL50 LCD Projector"
This projector can be placed either on the wall or even the floor. It uses new large diameter lens and high precision mirror technology. It can be only 3 inches from a wall, floor, or table and still project a clear image.
I think this would be great for our school. Teachers sometimes stand in front of the projector and they cast shadows unto the screen. With this projector, they can even touch the srceen and nothing bad will happen. Do you think this would be a major improvment for both teachers and students?

"Pentagon Plans to Regrow Human Body Parts"
The Pentagon is actually going to find a way to regrow lost limbs and bones using the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency, or the DARPA for short. Their main goal is to replace a muscle that has been lost. They have already completed Phase 1 of there plan, which was to reprogram human skin cells to act like stem cells. Do you think that the DARPA can really achieve this goal?

New Way to Pop Popcorn
Last weekend my dad show me this awesome way on how you can pop popcorn. First you get a few popcorn kernels from, not a bag of popcorn, but a barrel or bucket. Then, you put some kernels in the middle of three or four cellphones. Have three or four other cellphones to call the phones surrounding the kernels. Make sure that the cellphones are on vibrate or on the loudest volume they can go. Lastly, you call all the phones surrounding the kernels, at the same time, then wait about five seconds. The kernels should pop up into the air, and then you can eat them.
The micro waves from the ringing cellphones makes the kernels pop, kind of like an actual microwave. If anybody who reads this and tries popping popcorn this way, please comment on how it did or didn't work.

The School Year of 2008-09
The school year this year is going by super quick. It seems like only yesterday was the first day of school, and this morning it was the new year. I can't even remember what we did the first part of the school year. It just zoomed right on by. The school year wasn't exactly boring, however. There were some fun things we did, such as our Christmas party we had on the last day of 2008.
I wonder what else we will do throughout the year. I bet our end-of-year party will be better than last year's.
